One week diet plan ahead..

For breakfast: Soya bean milk and pau

For lunch: Noodle soup or Light meal( No oily food)

For dinner: Fruits only - High in fibre good for digestion - Banana!

NO BUBBLE TEA NO TAKOYAKI NO PANCAKE NO WAFFLE NO MILO NO RICE NO FRIES NO BREAD

my god.. =(

Tomorrow will start this diet plan.. and with that there is also 8 rounds jogging every alternate days starting from tomorrow too.

Today.. Menses cramp 2nd day and all the shit.. Must eat more if not LOW BLOOD COUNT! No jogging because I feeling so painful! Argh!! I felt giddy when walking to teckwhye market jus now sia. =.=

Just ate pancake and noodle soup. Yumyum~ Craving for hot coffeeeeeeeeeee on a cold day like this.

MY GOD I ALMOST LEFT MY LAPTOP AT SIM CANTEEN.

Luckily I have an alert friend Zane if not I think Im tearing now.

Gosh I hate the sleepyhead and blurie me! My mind seems to wander a lot and i hate that!

Sometimes I can put my key on the table and next second I forgot where it is. Then I go take my key put my bag on the floor then I forgot to take my bag. Then I go take my bag then sure forget something again. Aiyo.

Example I take my laptop charger and put in my bag and put the laptop on the table, ready to take it to school but I never bring.

Or I open my door with the keys then I forgot to take the keys out and leave it at the door.

I just read my friend's blog. and she was saying her friend's mother was diagnosed with cancer few yrs ago and has recovered. but now her cancer came back again and is left with few months. its very saddening and depressing. i don wan this to happen to my mum. booo

Its weird. When I hang out with these grp of ppl they think im an ahlian/bitch. when I hang out with another gp they think im a little gal next door. when i hang out with another gp of ppl they think im crazy siao do stupid things and everything. when i hang out with another i seems like the one bullying ppl ard me. or when i hang out with another it seems like everyone is bullying me.

So who exactly am I?

A person with many many split personalites and pretend infront of everyone, or the one who heck care and oh whatever.

Well, I admit I do wear mask. Infront of customers i have to smile at them, well deep inside im like argh buy it or leave.

I am someone who, to friends

1) Minds what people think of me.

2) Normally pretend to be okay when Im like angry with you, and haha you will never know that im angry. HOWEVER, that gives me an opportunity to ruin your name to my other friends. I dont talk straight to you. I talk bad about you, only if you stepped my tail.

3) Talk alot with close friends and happy when im with my good old friends.

4) Keep quiet or casual talk when im with normal friends/strangers.

Secondary 1

With Nigel Sim. A flirt!!! Always flirting!!! With JiaYan.. Know Jeremy through Nigel.. Always hang around outside Regent secondary. Void deck couples?

Likes one guy called eugene.. Now i dono where he disappeared to. Remember that time he and I wrote love letters and pass to each other.. He asked me to be his gf, but i rejected becos of nigel. Lol~~~~~

I was so fat that time. tink 160cm, 51kg.. People call me fat girl and all those name.. Worst ting is they keey say I BBG- big breast girl. WTF!!@#@!!!@! And thats not a compliment mind you.

Say I flirt, cos i play catching with guys.. Got into SYF movement and Dance but the teacher keep scold me cos my movement slow. Dot.. that time i fat of cos movement slow lar!! Then all the seniors hate me like shyt. Got one senior so sarcastic call me " Chio bu walk past me liao wor~~" then everyone HAHAHAHAHAHA! dot..... Knn la. Think i saw her in ngee ann during graduation day that period. lol i diaoed her. who cares.............

I always see one in school now. She's so fat!! I always see her. that time eat with jeremy at bukit timah, she sit beside me. Knn....

After tt got one period me and nigel not stable.. then jeremy and I contacted each other omoz everydae. he tt time the hair so funny i wan to laugh!!!!!!!!!! jeremy liked yiling tt time. lol.

Secondary 2

Seems like i never like anyone during sec 2. Did i?? Lol. went to class 2E1. Through my primary sch best fren yiling. I transfered to dunearn because i hateeeeeeeeeeee regent!!!!!!!!!! argh!!

Secondary 3

Went to class 3e3.. Not very close to valerie during that time. Very close to shirley and shuying and serkee they all! valerie with sinyee ba. btw i saw sinyee jus now at yew tee lol. =p

It was sylvester sim fever that year.. I keep say that sin yee looks like sylvester!!! I tink i so siao about him! omg! i feel so sad when he lost and i wanted to cry!!

Sec 3.. NDP with yiling himlim and huijun. So many things sia. Himlim got one fine day so angry with us. I talked to her she keep ignored. I so angry and fed up. Argh!! Pls ar himlim don like tt le hor.

I liked.. Jason.. He migrated to New Zealand. Then he sent me a valentine's day card and a necklace from there.. Received the pressie and its so big box la. so big u noe? But is a necklace only! He oso brought for me speakers. Lol. very funny.

Cos he at new zealand.. cant talk to him. always contact him through Yong xiang. (I finally see him in ngee ann that day at basketball court when Siang lung and qilong play basketball omg i so scared la!! btw, both of them played very well.) So confused. Cos Himlim likes him. Den don like him. den i be the middle man. Then dono whether himlim likes him or not. Got ppl say like got ppl say don like. :S

Then start to like Yong xiang lor. Then after tt i dont like him.. nv really go out oso. jus tok on the phone.. after tt I like kenneth cheong. Lol. But yiling liked him. den i oso confused again. dot.................. den went out to woodlands library to study.. cannot settle down keep sweating becos i so anxious. =.=

After tt nicholas siew.. Then nicholas siew like miss gwee. aiyoooooo. every night we contacted each other. i admired him becos his studies are very good.

secondary 4

Get v v v v close with valerie.. Everyting we do together. Everyday together correct already! (I miss her!!!!!! but whenever we wanna meet up i with jeremy. lol. )

get v close with sjab.. me yiling himlim ivy shanling became the 5 madams. so proud! haha. tts when become close with sir chua!! he gave me sylvester CD! but now i dono whr is the cd?

oso busy with sjab camp organisation with ivy. bz with the proposal during my june holidays. i cried during day 2 camp i tink, becos everything like don go my way. den remember tt tt time i dance with Mr Raja during camp fire, the fiercest teacher in dunearn. so tiredddddd! during day 3 i tink i cant even open my eyes! went to sleep in the canteen during morning when they marching i tink?? =x den finallie over liao i faster meet up steven, who was outside waiting for me. haha. took 985 den faster zhao home and slept.

Aiyo.. was with steven. at first like him.. den dono till may i don like liao. tink can tell by my actions. i said i wanna break with him after chinese Os but did not.

den july broke off. v upset with him becos he keep contact with other girl. but i oso don really like him why mus i hold on to him so much? tt day i tink is july 14th.. quarrelled with him during my sch.. cant take it and called sir. den he came down and brought me and valerie to makan at tian le li.. then sent valerie home. den i said i wan to go steven house void deck.. we waited for 15 mins, so qiao he walked past the car. i ran out the car and faster go to him. den i said i wan breakup, he said ok. Knn!!!

then after o levels.. den my bdae chalet.. actually is sjab chalet but tink alot ppl cannot make it. so become mine!! =x i said i wan to pay sir the chalet cost but till now i havent. i nv spent much time with valerie that day! sorry!!!!!!!!!!!! den me, himlim, ivy, yiling, himlim bro, aiknen all stay overnite. ate so many hotdogs la. at nite birthday cake. <3<3haha.>

hmm.. during tt period i oreadi 4get steven le. v fast hor? dono how i get over. tink is becos of my Os ba..

after tt.. december meet up with nigel, yiling, jeremy.. jeremy wanted to woo yiling.. i stunned when i saw jeremy. so much more handsome compared to sec 1. then jeremy added me in maple. my screwed account in Aquila.. Ohada. Lol. tink later i shld play awhile for tt account!! very long nv touch liao.

den keep tok with him in maple.. he said he wanted to call me but he didnt. dot............. den i noe he like yiling.. so i nv tell him.

i went to ask yiling if she likes him.. she said no.

so i went to tell jeremy tt i like him.. he said few days later give me ans. knn.

went to airport with him tt dae on 22nd dec 05. tt time he wear till so handsome tt i want to be hugged by him tt day. o.0. he gave me a necklace in the train. =x then he 11.17pm said together with him. i said yes. =x i so happy!!!

lol. now he call me loL!

Boo!

My bridge totaly failed! Im sad and disappointed that i cried alittle when i reached home. Cry baby? Argh. Jus disappointed! Nvm.. tmr will do a better job with mre helping hands.

Sometimes i feel that whatever i do is not appreciated. My dad ask me to quit sch jus to take care of my mum. and damn the new maid like haven come screw the agency.

I mean.. my results are good. i not haolian or wat but i tink i do well but why mus ask me to quit sch when i doing well in sch. zzzzzz.

Then my dad keep think that i never do my schoolwork always go out with jeremy zzzz.

So many projects coming up of cos i have to meet up my frens and do right. I cant possibly stay at home and do wat? Self project ar?

He always backstab me to my mum. dots!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nevermind.. Its ok. I will do what I can and able to do, because everything I do is for my OWN future. Work hard, get a good job, good pay, and everything will be ezz.

Money has the say in -almost everything.

But im lacking the motivation to get myself going.

very lazy now adays. yawn! i can sit there and watch tv the whole day without doing anything.

i dont feel settled becos my new maid haven come. i wan to be out of my house becos when i reach home i scared need to do housework again. i wan to work becos im broke. =(

hmm. will start my exams revision officially on 1st august 2007. my motto: As As and more As! =p

Now i c my sec 4 prelims results i can laugh. wonder how come i do so badly sia!! i tink poly modules are easier than secondary sch subjects. more straightforward and easier to score. not like sec sch, only TYS TYS and TYS.

Think I should post something more happy today instead.

First of all......

Jeremy and I had just celebrated our 1 yr 6 months on 22jun07. yea didn't expect to go so far. He has to tolerate my PMS siaoness syndroms.. Quite sad for him though. Always controlled by me. So sad but this is the life of having a girlfriend?

Why?

I dont like him to always kick soccer.. Because he's never punctual what time he's going back home. zz. Then he dont wan to call back. zz. The feeling of helpless to get him is very irritating.

I dont want to have... until I'm more than 20 yrs old.

By the way.. If I meeting you at 4pm, I will always remember that Im going to meet you at 4, and if Im late I will give you a call. This is basic courtesy. If you are late, I sure will call you and ask if you are ready/where you are. This is my pattern.

Ok.. Sounds like Im angry. Ya abit. Because Jeremy is now busy working with M1 until he doesnt have the time to reply. Lol.

So serious for what? Also not ur permanent job.

Anyway, ya. Went to catch fantastic four with him during our anniversary. JESSICA ALBA IS HOT!!!!! ARH~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

And the show is damn funny and lame. gosh! better catch it! The one with the flame power that guy is hot too. so cute!

Monday - Friday never go school. Have to take care of my mum..

Ytd.. went to watch Singapore VS Australia in the evening with Jeremy and his frens.. Singapore lost. 3-0. Alot of exciting moments though.. But Dots very sian they lost. MC: Jean Danker and Daniel Ong. { o.0}

Weather was damn hot ytd and ate like icecream and all the junk food during the match ahhh fat again.

Haha. After that was closing ceremony.. Got fireworks (all the pictures in my camera) and PARTAYY. The music and bass was loud and nice la. Woooo. DJs from Zouk and 1 rock band came down.. The rock band sing until v nice. The base is damn good. Gosh. Party at national stadium sounds weird!! Lol.

Make me wanna try clubbing! But Im not 18 yet. zzz.

Ok..

My common tests results.. Very happy!

I didnt expect my water technology and construction technology to get 84!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am very stunned that my water tech get 84 becos I didnt do finish the paper and i expected careless mistake becos no time to check. Really glad for that paper. And I swear I studied 2 days before only!!! ROARRRR.

My construction tech.. Mrs wong like say until v scary that we have to write alot alot alot then can pass. Im like ok~~ fine.. but wa, stunned. ( I still drew the scaffolding at the end of the paper becos Im angry that she never come out with that pic and i spent 1 hour trying to learn. Heard zane said that she marked " IRRELEVANT" =x )

My QS got 69..

My STRA got 88.. I have confidence for the paper~ =)

My maths got 87..I have confidence for the paper~ =)

My NPMC think jialat la. 50 plus.. lol. Haven get back! o.0 sian don wan to see the teacher...

But overall im happy.... =)

Ok.. I better get going.. mum ask me to do ting..

Going to do my Construction tech 2 project later!!

I do not have much money with me now. So what?

Ya I may earn much lesser than you..

Now my life is screwed okay? I havent been going school for a week. My new maid still haven come YET. And tmr I am going to school but the agency cocked up and say what the new maid is coming like 1 week later again.

How do I go out to work?

So what if my pay is much lesser than you?

Now when I need to work I need my dad's and mum's approval. I have to do all the houseworks and all but do you all need to? I dont even have the time to go out to meet up for projects, except evenings. I need to walk a distance everyday to buy food and all that.

My life is so screwed do you think I have the mood to work?

My studies are more important than my Parttime job. So what if you have alot of money now?

Jus dont look down at me.

I didn know u look down on me until the other time.......

So sad. So angered.

I'll make sure I win you in other things..
