I WAN TO JIAN FEI till 47KG!!!!!!!! I think I'm near 50 kg now. Lol.
One week diet plan ahead..
For breakfast: Soya bean milk and pau
For lunch: Noodle soup or Light meal( No oily food)
For dinner: Fruits only - High in fibre good for digestion - Banana!
NO BUBBLE TEA NO TAKOYAKI NO PANCAKE NO WAFFLE NO MILO NO RICE NO FRIES NO BREAD

Tomorrow will start this diet plan.. and with that there is also 8 rounds jogging every alternate days starting from tomorrow too.
Today.. Menses cramp 2nd day and all the shit.. Must eat more if not LOW BLOOD COUNT! No jogging because I feeling so painful! Argh!! I felt giddy when walking to teckwhye market jus now sia. =.=
Just ate pancake and noodle soup. Yumyum~ Craving for hot coffeeeeeeeeeee on a cold day like this.
