The weather now adays is really hot! My face is like burning since morning after I went for a 30 min jog.. I did put sun screen with SPF 50 so I don't think it's sun burn. But its really v v hot that I kept splashing cold water onto my face today.
For today, I ate wholemeal bread, Mushroom noodles soup for lunch & 1 bowl of salad for dinner : with tomatoes, bananas, rasins, grapes and cabbage. I'm full after eating the salad since 6pm.
For drinks: Coffee with milk ( I cant resist still) , Peach tea, Plain water, Sparkling juice( Oh my).
The meals are SO HEALTHY!( not the drinks of course) I seriously lack all these vitamins. Which make me so prone to being sick!
Why? I read my sis's Home econs book yesterday & realised that I have really really bad food habits. I would rather skip meals for JUNK food. - Strawberry pocky/ Chocolates/ Biscuits/ Crackers/ Chips/ Bubble tea( almost everyday)/ Magee mee.
Junk food give us lots of Simple Carbohydrates. What we need to include in our meal is Complex carbohydrates like rice, wheat, wholemeal bread. Junk food give us more fat= calories. And 1 calorie is much more higher than carbohydrates. Moreover junk food makes us feel hungry more easily!
I don't drink plain water. I only drink drinks that are SWEET. Extremely sweet..
I don't wanna have diabetes. I don't wanna have kidney failure when I'm old. I don't wanna have cancer. I don't wanna have heart failure.
And I realised that we cannot have more than four eggs in a WEEK. I can eat eggs like everyday. OH MY :O
My aim..
I'm going to say BYEBYE to coke, seasons ice lemon tea & drink plain water/pokka peach tea instead.
I'm going to limit myself for the fast food consumption. because 1 packet of medium french fries give us 3g of trans fat! which is really bad and can lead to heart failure..
I'm so going to eat fruits and love them everyday. Maybe I'll stick to salad in order to eat fruits. Or else I won't even touch them at ALL!
I'm going to exercise everyday, which is already a habit of mine.
I think being sick is really irritating & tiring. So please please! MIND YOUR HEALTH.
I'm not young anymore. I'm not a kid who can eat fries potato chips everyday. I'm an adult already! 19 years old!!
