Touch wood! But I think I'm at high risk of getting colorectal cancer. Followed by high blood pressure, diabetes and high cholesterol because of my family background.

I think I should really watch my diet well.

From MSN health tips.

1) Exercise 30minutes daily.

2) Eat more fruits and vegetables. (I always failed to include them in my meals)

3) Avoid sugary stuffs and high calories food

4) Lower your weight to the lower end of the body-mass index for your height. Even more important, banish belly fat, which acts like a ‘hormone pump’ releasing estrogen into the bloodstream as well as raising levels of other hormones. This is strongly linked to colon cancer and probably to cancers of the pancreas and endometrium (lining of the uterus), as well as breast cancer, particularly in postmenopausal women.

5)Limit alcohol to two drinks a day for men, 1 for women

6)Limit salt intake. Salt and salt-preserved foods are linked to stomach and other digestive cancers; limit salt to 2,400 milligrams to be safe.

and of course, don't smoke. Smokers increase their chances of getting almost all kinds of cancer every time they light up. So the only recommendation is, don't.

I should really cut down on Magee mees, Sweet talk bubble tea, biscuits, candies, waffles. (I eat sweets and biscuits everyday) esp on bubble teas!

I should seriously TRY to drink at least 2 glasses of plain water everyday.

And i must start eating high fibre food. Brown rice instead of white, though i HATE eating rice. grr.

But i don't take alot of fried stuffs usually. which is good. cos i think fried stuffs is super oily and feel disgusted/fat after eating.

Ok. Good health to me and everyone. I'm quite afraid of getting diabetes. Because two of my relatives got it. :S

P/S: I'm super super happy because...... :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D
